At HBD, we want you to love your new fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
